Title: What the heck

If I tried to slit someones throat, I imagine they would have a reaction. Do they consider a 3 inch slash near a major artery minor injuries?
Lesson learned. Be careful who you friend and how you defend yourself!

Title: 2 sides to every story

Given the wound under the guy's left jaw (right side on the photo) along with the one on his cheek, this case may not be as simple as it seems at first glance. Hope they can get to the bottom of it.
