On June 11, Town of Webb Police Officer A.J. Silverman pulled over Christopher R. Bartelotte, age 26, of Boonville on State Route 28 for uninspected motor vehicle, which resulted in additional charges. On June 12, Town of Webb Police Officer Anthony Sege received a radio call that youths were trespassing within the closed Town of Webb Municipal Beach. All were detained and given a verbal warning. The Town of Webb Police would like to remind everyone once the beach is closed, no one can enter within the fenced area or property associated with the Town of Webb Beach (such as the diving board area). Anyone who does is committing the crime of criminal trespass, a Class B misdemeanor.

On June 18, C.J. Phelps, age 27, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt, after failing to obey an order of the court. Phelps was taken into custody and arraigned before Town Justice J.W. This arrest stems from an incident that occurred two weeks prior and was under investigation by Town of Webb Police Officer Anthony Sege.

On June 19, a traffic stop for no seat belts resuled in two arrests for unlawful possession of marihuana. Town of Webb Police Officer Trevor Tormey arrested Jennifer Miller, age 20, of Ilion and Joseph Lukaczyk, age 20, of North Syracuse, for unlawful possession of marihuana after the passenger was observed not wearing her seat belt. A search with K-9 Kimber resulted positive, and the two individuals were issued appearance tickets to return to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

On June 20, a road check with the New York State Police resulted in the arrest of Janae Sylvester, age 21, of New Hartford for unlawful possession of marihuana. He will reappear before Town Justice J.W. Graham at a later date.

On June 23, during a vehicle stop for talking on a cell phone, Kyle T. Eaton, age 22, of Sherrill was arrested for five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marihuana and numerous vehicle and traffic charges.
