Town of Webb

On Nov. 28, the Town of Webb Police responded to a property-damage motor vehicle accident. Kyle J. Fox, 24, of Thendara was driving eastbound on Spruce Drive in Thendara when he left the road and struck a utility pole and then a home on the street. Fox was arrested by Officer Kevin Birtle for DWI and failure to keep right. Fox is scheduled to appear in Town of Webb Court on Dec. 27.

On Nov. 29, the Tow of Webb Police Department arrested two employees of Genie Cleaning Service, a company based out of Rome, for four counts of petite larceny for removing items from a local business. Arrested were Ricky L. Dosztan and Duaine Sellnow. The pair appeared in Town of Webb Court on Dec. 7 and were arraigned. The will appear in Town of Webb Court at a later date.
