Old Forge’s first triathlon

Over 200 racers took part in the very first Old Forge triathlon. Racers swam for 1,000 meters, biked for 22 miles and finished up with a four mile run. The first place winner for the men was Corey Dubois with a time of 1:44:02, men’s second place was Barrett Celecki with a time of 1:44:21 and third was Joe Hatfield with a time of 1:44:59. The first place time for the women was Tara Rawluk with a time of 1:54:02, second for women was Kathleen Rainbow with a time of 1:57:24, third was Dana Cooreman with a time of 2:00:39.
