The fifteenth annual Fire and Spice was held at the Seventh Lake House on Sunday, May 4. Kathy Queen won first place with Spicy Hot Asian Three Bean Salad. Craig Wood came in second with White Grape Gazpacho and fourth with Chicken Tika Masala. Sonja and Robert Poe took third place with Fried Clams Remoulade. Gene Darling and Sandy Schmidt rounded out the top five with their Cherry Chili. The People’s Choice award went to George Gaebler for his Bayou Etoufee.
