Plans for an update of the McCauley Mountain chalet have been presented to the TOW board. Phase 1, if approved, will cost about $164,719. This phase includes a handicap-accessible entrance and handicap-accessible bathroom on the main floor of the building. It also includes insulation upgrades and replacement of the single-pane windows.
